Terms & Conditions of the Ultimalt £100,000 giveaway

Please read the following terms and conditions for more information about the Ultimalt £100,000 giveaway

  1. This Promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of Kato Enterprises Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. To enter: Purchase a promotional bottle of Ultimate Malt and text ULTIMALT, the unique 8 digit code found under the cap to 62277 before 11.59pm on 30th November 2011. Example : ULTIMALT 1234ABDC.
  3. Texts are charged at standard rate, typically 10p, but may be part of your inclusive text package.
  4. Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as on pack. Each code is unique and can only be entered once.
  5. Please retain your winning code cap as it will be required as proof of purchase for winners and without it the claim will not valid.
  6. The Prize Fund of £100,000 is made up of 1,000 cash prizes of £100.
  7. Prizes are non transferable.
  8. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes – which will be via a cheque to the named winner.
  9. Winners will be selected instantly, based on whether the entrant submits one of 1,000 previously securely and independently selected unique codes.
  10. Winners will be notified immediately via a return text and will need to respond within 21 days of notification with their full name and postal address. Failure to do so, or to submit the winning cap code or proof of winners’ identity, if requested, may result in disqualification.
  11. A list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to “Ultimalt Winners List, PO Box 101, Leigh, Lancs, WN7 1WQ between 1st Feb 2012 and 28th Feb 2012.
  12. By entering, winners agree to participate in any publicity that the Promoter may reasonably require in connection with the prize promotion.
  13. No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
  14. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries or prize claims. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Winners are encouraged to send caps for verification via recorded delivery.

  2. To enter: Text UMNEWS, followed by your e-mail address to 62277 or fill in a given flyer at an Ultimalt sampling event(s) with your name and e-mail address or subscribe to the Ultimalt Newsletter at www.ultimalt.com, providing your name and e-mail address.
  3. Entry forms can be handed in to the Ultimalt sampling events representative(s) or posted to the following address: Kato Enterprises, Endurance House, 71 Sumner Rd, Croydon, Surrey, CRO3LN. Entry forms received by post after 11.59pm on 31st May 2011 will not be eligible to enter into this promotion.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. The promotion runs from 00.01am on 1st February 2011 to 11.59pm on 31st May 2011.
